{"id":729,"date":"2016-03-03T19:29:12","date_gmt":"2016-03-04T00:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dennisdarland.com\/dennisdaze\/?p=729"},"modified":"2016-03-03T19:29:12","modified_gmt":"2016-03-04T00:29:12","slug":"exhaustion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dennisdarland.com\/dennisdaze\/2016\/03\/03\/exhaustion\/","title":{"rendered":"Exhaustion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am having troubles.<br \/>\nI feel sick &#8211; exhausted.<br \/>\nI have been reading more.<br \/>\nBesides logic, I am reading other things.<br \/>\nLately mostly <em>Atheist Mind, Humanist Heart<\/em>.<br \/>\nI was enjoying it &#8211; I like it very much.<br \/>\nBut I got only 3 hours (approx) during the night.<br \/>\nI did not think I could sleep much more, but lay down, with book on text-to-speech, instead of my usual music (e.g. Liquid Mind).<br \/>\nAnyway I was in and out of consciousness.<br \/>\nI was in bed about another 3.5 hours &#8211; got through the book &#8211; but don&#8217;t remember it well &#8211; will have to go through again.<br \/>\nFeel worse than if I had not gone back to bed.<br \/>\nI think it has nothing to do with content of book.<br \/>\nI just need gentle music in order to sleep well.<br \/>\nAnd I cannot stress self with too much reading.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am having troubles.
